Techtron prides itself in offering its customers excellent customer service through an efficient manufacturing plant which produces good quality products every time.

The facility operates a management system certified by SGS against the BRC Consumer Products Standard – Product Group 1 focusing on safety, legality and quality.

In our audit history, dating back to 2008, the site has demonstrated continual improvement as we invest in our system and has always achieved Grade A.

The plant has undergone site approval by a number of FMCG retailers and blue chip companies including manufacturers, all of whom have given their approval and we are now pleased to count them amongst our customers.

The quality management system employed within Techtron firmly underpins all of the key business and manufacturing processes from receipt of goods to finished product dispatch, demonstrating senior management commitment, risk management, attention to site standards, product control and conformity assessment, process control and personnel.

Meeting Our Customers' Expectations

The company operates using Sage Manufacturing 200 which we have customised to ensure full traceability (forward and reverse) of all raw materials and contract packing components required for the delivery  of the finished product.

Techtron is committed to meeting our customers’ expectations and finished product specifications and has implemented a quality system that will suit these requirements. The system is audited annually by SGS and our internal audit schedule is verified by an external consultant who  ensures that each manufacturing process is regularly reviewed.

Finished products are examined continually throughout the manufacturing process right up to the moment of dispatch. Batch and packed product samples are retained for up to five years and are reviewed regularly by our QC team. Our strong commercial team and internal account managers, with retail experience, also ensure that any problem identified can be investigated and rectified in a timely and professional manner.

Techtron has also been approved following audits by the following bodies; the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, The Flintshire Fire Brigade and the Sedex Ethical Audit.
