Our new process is designed to benefit companies of all sizes in the NPD process and is broken down into six distinct steps.

Our new product development process has been designed to achieve total clarity for the customer and the Techtron product development team and allows us to shorten timelines for speedier product entry to market.
We firstly walk our customers through the stages of preliminary fact finding, to answer some product specification questions required by the Techtron team. From that initial stage, the Techtron Account Manager will develop a product brief, which will be agreed by all parties involved, and approved by the customer.
This ensures that everyone involved in the new product development process are working to the same plan and specification. Once approval is granted, Techtron’s formulation chemists embark on product formulation and samples will be provided to the customer for review. A review stage then takes place before the samples go into trial, and a process of adjustment will begin until the customer is content with the product’s performance. Following a 12-week stability test, large-scale manufacture can commence.
